Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over your information.
Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. Overview
Aisle & Ivy, trading as Aisle & Ivy, is the data controller. Contact us at NEEDED_SUPPORT_EMAIL or NEEDED_BUSINESS_ADDRESS. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or buy a product, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to sell you a planner and deliver your download.
2. Information we collect
- Order details — your name and email address, which we use to deliver your files and send purchase confirmations.
- Payment information — processed directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data — basic, anonymized analytics such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the site working well.
3. How we use your information
- To process your order and deliver your digital products.
- To send you the download link, receipts and essential service messages.
- To respond to your support questions.
- To maintain, secure and improve our website.
Our legal bases are performance of your purchase contract, compliance with tax and accounting obligations, and our legitimate interests in securing and improving the store. Marketing requires separate consent.
We do not sell your personal information, and we only send marketing email if you have explicitly opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Sharing with third parties
We use Medusa for commerce processing, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and our hosting, database and object-storage providers to operate the service. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We disclose information when required by law.
5. Data retention
Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law. Support records are normally retained for up to two years after resolution, security logs for up to 90 days, and download grants for up to 30 days unless a dispute requires longer retention.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at NEEDED_SUPPORT_EMAIL. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use only storage and cookies needed to run the cart, checkout and fraud-prevention features. Non-essential analytics or advertising technologies will not be enabled without any consent required by law. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect checkout.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure, PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
