Immediate digital delivery

At checkout, you can expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right ends once download access begins. If you do not provide that consent, we cannot deliver the product before the applicable withdrawal period ends.

Faulty or misdescribed content

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If a file is corrupted, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or cannot be made conforming within a reasonable time, contact us and we will repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund as required by applicable law.

How to request help

Email NEEDED_SUPPORT_EMAIL with your order number and a description of the issue. We normally respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
