1. Who we are

Aisle & Ivy, trading as Aisle & Ivy (“we”, “us”, “our”), sells digital wedding planning products — printable PDFs and spreadsheet templates. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and products. By buying or using anything from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Digital products

Everything we sell is delivered as a digital download. There is no physical item and nothing is shipped. After a successful purchase you receive an email with a download link. That secure link is available for 30 days; files you download remain yours to use under the license below.

• Files can be downloaded and accessed from any device you own.
• We may update or improve a product; the downloaded version remains yours to use.
• You are responsible for keeping your own backup copy of downloaded files.

3. License & acceptable use

Your purchase grants you a personal-use license. You may use and print the files for your own wedding, on all your devices, for as long as you like. See our License Info page for the full details. Reselling, sharing, sublicensing or redistributing the files — in whole or in part — is not permitted.

4. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and are payable in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details. You confirm that any payment information you provide is your own and valid.

5. Refunds

Before payment, you can request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right ends once download access begins. Mandatory rights for faulty, corrupted or misdescribed content remain unaffected. See our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, designs, templates and branding remain the property of Aisle & Ivy and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the underlying work to you — only the personal-use license described above.

7. Disclaimer

Our products are planning tools provided “as is” to help you organize your wedding. They are not legal, financial or professional advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make using them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the products.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use our website or products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
